Welcome to Wayjaai (the “Service”), operated by Superjaai (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using Wayjaai, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Wayjaai is a web-based platform (PWA/SaaS) that helps creators, marketers, and small businesses instantly generate trend-aware content ideas for social posts, videos, and (future) blogs.
Wayjaai uses AI + trend data to deliver actionable idea cards with hooks, beats, CTAs, tags, and momentum insights.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Wayjaai.
• By signing up, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts & Access

• You may sign up with your email and remain logged in until you choose to log out.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• Do not share your login credentials with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
• Generate or distribute prohibited content (e.g., disinformation, harassment, adult/NSFW, political propaganda, or harmful material).

5. Free & Pro Plans

• Free Tier: Limited daily generations, no history or export.
• Pro Tier: $5 USD/month (with fair usage limits). Includes unlimited idea generations, advanced trend depth, and save/export features.
• Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing until cancellation.

6. Exports & Content Ownership

• Users may export ideas as PDF, CSV, JSON, or via integrations.
• You retain full rights to the outputs you generate.
• We do not claim ownership over user input or generated outputs.

7. AI Disclaimer

• Wayjaai uses third-party AI providers and trend data services to generate content ideas.
• Your inputs are processed securely to return results.
• We do not use your inputs or outputs to train external models.
• Outputs may contain inaccuracies or outdated information.
• Wayjaai is a trend research assistant — not a guarantee of performance or success.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse the Service in ways that harm us or others.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wayjaai is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
